A leader creates, builds, nurtures and guards.

A leader helps to build a framework in which people can move freely and safely.

A leader‘s strength is in their integrity, their honesty and their reliability.

A leader has a natural strength which is why people trust the leader. A leader has a natural calm which is why people can go about their lives without worrying about politics. A leader doesn’t engage in politics because they base their decisions on scientific findings which is why the people trust the leader and don’t worry about politics.
A leader knows how to fight. Verbally with respect and wisdom. Physically fair yet determined. The weapon of their choice is the stick. It is an elegant weapon requiring skill, speed, stamina and cunning. All of these are attributes at least one of the leaders in the group of leaders should possess. A leader knows that some disputes need an interlude in the Challenge Garden. But a leader will always return to the usage of words.

A leader will never negotiate or seek compromise with a thug, a murderer, a jerk, a felon, a liar, a warmonger or any other kind of destructive creature.

A leader presides over the discussions about what should guide people in their actions with one another. A leader might offer some guidance when necessary. Guidance will usually be in the form of a question.

A leader is the point of reference for the agreements made between person and person and between a group of people and other groups of people. This means, it is the leader’s responsibility to safeguard the agreements that have been made.

A leader is usually a group of people chosen for their expertise, knowledge and integrity. And only after they received extensive training.
A group of leaders usually serves for seven years, after which they serve another seven years as additional advisers to the new group of leaders. In the process of choosing and training the leaders, the following aspects are particularly important: each leader brings a specific set of skills to the group, each leader represents a different group of people, all leaders solely focus on their responsibility, none of the leaders have a desire to lead, the group develop a bond during the training phase.
During the training about three times the number of candidates participate to ensure the moulding of a group who want to work together, who understand the work, and who trust each other. And also to have a replacement should one of the group have to retire before their time.
Ever since we have used this approach, our nations flourish.

A leader cannot be re-elected since such practices have proven unhelpful.

A leader is instrumental in the so called clear-the-board-phase which occurs every twenty-four years on our planet and involves a revision and adaptation of all existing laws to ensure that the laws reflect the present state of knowledge and developments in our societies. It is the leader’s task to provide the environment for a well-informed and just rewriting of the laws while making sure to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy and loopholes for those unfortunate creatures who still think that theft, fraud and other crimes are entertaining hobbies or thrills.

A leader will only rule when it is necessary. This is the case when new scientific results necessitate change in the agreements that guide all actions in society.

What we appreciate about our leader is that they always find the right question to bring us to our senses when we have lost our way.

A leader loves and cares for the people whose well-being is partly the leader’s responsibility. The care for the people is the leader’s only purpose and the only reason why they exist.
